We are looking for 2 people to fill our 2 rooms in the house. One of the room is $105 a week and the other is $140 a week. The house is in an amazing position just a few minutes walk away from bus to UQ trains to the city and about 12 minutes to Indooroopilly shopping centre. We are looking for someone who is willing to share food and cooking. At the moment we have a roster system which works well for us and allows us to do less chores and it costs us less to do group shopping than on our own. Pretty much everything is provided (white goods and stuff) and we can set you up with a mattress some wardrobes and desk. We split internet and electricity bills equally and it ends up being about $25 a month for electricity and $15 a month for internet. We even have a nice big TV in the lounge a proper coffee maker and a full gym set! Food costs about $35 a week and as stated earlier its about $40 a month for electricity and internet. The location is amazing we are all friendly and Im sure you will love it here.
