I have two single rooms in this brand new house. The finishes are great. The layout great. Bedrooms are upstairs with shared bathroom. Living areas downstairs. I am a professional lady and my two children who are students reside with me. We have a dog who lives outside. There is plenty of offstreet parking and we are close to public transport.
