We are a group of students living in a shared house, currently two couples, a single and a very tidy and adorable russian blue cat. With an empty room and a room being vacated mid july. One room is 120 a week and the other is 117.50 as it is slightly smaller.

The house is in relatively good condition for the area and cost of rent, the housemates are very friendly and like to hang out in the common areas rather than lock up in our rooms all day. The internet is 400gb a month through iinet and costs you about 17 a month if you think you would use your fair share otherwise less if youre a low internet user.

Currently organising removing a few things under the house left by previous tenants but all of that is almost sorted and ready to go leaving under the house to be converted into a nice relaxed area for some drinks and friends etc.
