Hi were looking for someone to take over our third room. Its only $150/week and that includes unlimited calls (incl to mobiles) and unlimited internet. The house is fully furnished (dishwasher/oven/laundry/etc) and the room has a ceiling fan and built in wadrobe (but no bed/desk). Its incredibly convenient to everything. 10-15 mins from city 5 mins from UQ a very short walk to indro shopping centre/railway station/Nightowl/restaurants … the list goes on. Were two 20 y/o females studying university (psych and law respectively). We met at college and moved out together. Were pretty relaxed and friendly we dont really care what you do so long as everything stays fairly clean. Weve lived with males and females smokers and non smokers vegetarians etc so its all good.
