We are looking for a third roommate to share an amazing newly built house in the suburb of Graceville/Tennyson.

Location:
Tennyson/Graceville is located 7km from the CBD.

Bus Stop: there is a bus stop to and from the city located 300m from the house.

Train station: The house is located between Graceville (6mins), Yerongipilly (6mins) and Sherwood (7mins) train station.

Lifestyle: There are plenty of shops in walking distance. There is a great river walk and bike pathway around the area.
About the room:
Queen sized room with built in wardrobe, air con, fan, antenna point, window with blinds and share of the main bathroom with 1 female.

About the house:
The house has never been lived in and was built 3 months ago. It is a two storrey house with 4 bedroom, 1 study, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 lounge room, 1 entertainment room, dining room, executive kitchen and huge fully fenced back yard. Everything is very moder and has ducted air con/heating throughout.
The house is fully furnished from couches and tv’s to plates and cups. All you need to bring is your bedroom furniture but we do have spare furniture for your room if needed!

We don’t have internet or foxtel yet but these are things we want to look at when we get our third person on board.

About your potential roomies:

Michelle – 23 year old female who works full time in the city as a Marketing Advisor. I spend alot of my time at work, at the gym, out with friends and with my small dog Stella (who lives outdoors at the property).

Danyelle – 28 year old female who works full time near forest lake as inventory controller. Dan spends a lot of her time at the gym, at the beach and with friends.

We are both very clean, friendly and respectful individuals. We are looking for someone similar who has a steady income and looking for a nice quiet place to come home to at the end of a long day.
