This is a beautiful two storey brick home in a leafy part of fig tree pocket. The house is in a quite street with views of Brisbane River and Jindalee DFO. Close to buses going frequently to the City/Cultural Centre and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. I am finishing my university degree in November and am planning on moving to Tasmania therefore my room is available to rent for a minimum of six weeks (new lease begins in mid January) but if it suits you can stay longer. You will be sharing with three very friendly social housemates that are always up for a chat. House is furnished (except for bedroom). Your bedroom is of a good size with built in cupboards. You will share the bathroom with two other housemates.
