A young couple is seeking to rent the downstairs area in their newly purchased and renovated Bardon house. The house is ideally situated only 5km from the Brisbane CBD and near to the shops and restaurants of Rosalie and Paddington. There are several bus routes in close proximity and an abundance of street parking.
The space features a private entrance, own kitchenette and own bathroom. The room itself is large in size, has a walk-in closet and a small alcove for a desk or entertainment unit. This space does not have its own living room; however, is completely separate – downstairs would be exclusively yours, while upstairs would be exclusively ours. The only shared space is the laundry.
We both enjoy relaxing at home, having a good meal, participating in sports and playing with our dog. Bills are not inclusive in the rent and would be shared fairly amongst everyone. We would prefer someone who is mature and considerate in nature, works similar hours to us and will get along well with a lovable and good-natured dog as she has free run of the yard outside.
