Large room for rent in beautiful Bardon. A young couple is seeking to rent a room in their newly purchased and renovated Bardon house. The house is ideally situated only 5km from the Brisbane CBD and near to the shops and restaurants of Rosalie and Paddington. There are several bus routes in close proximity and an abundance of street parking.
We both enjoy relaxing at home, having a good meal, participating in sports and playing with our dog. The room has amazing natural light, includes a large mirrored wardrobe and additional storage space above, and comes with its own bathroom next-door. The kitchen, dining/living room, large wooden deck and laundry would be shared spaces. All shared areas are already furnished but the bedroom can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. Bills are not inclusive in the rent and would be shared fairly amongst everyone. Let us know if you’re interested and we can organize for you to see the room. We would prefer someone who is mature and considerate in nature, works similar hours to us and will get along well with a lovable and good-natured dog.
