HI there im Luke im living in a three bedroom house in Bardon great location near the park and stones throw from the Rosalie shops and resturants and bars and also Paddington Central which has a woolworths. Have lived in the house for the last year with one flat mate and he is moving on so his room is now available we have also got a spare room set up so there is potential to get two people in if need be to cut costs although sometimes having 2 is just a bit easier. Im a young professional currently work 5 n a half days a week i like to keep the house relatively tidy am career focused but also enjoy having a few drinks now and then and the odd party but generally keep quite during the week.Im looking for a like minded invidual student or young professional to live with me in a nice house in a great location.I have furbished most of the house washing machine fridge couches TV stereo etc so all youd require is room stuff but anything else you wanted to bring would be welcome also. Basically just looking to get on with life but have fun also. Basically its a great place to live with everythinkg you need and the city is close to room for car to park (off street)and is on the direct bus route to the city.
