Our names are Gemma and Tracey aged 21 and 31 work full time retail and we are a clean and chilled two friends looking for someone/ a couple to take over the current tenants living downstairs in our beautiful Bardon queenslander.We have a nearly 2 year old great dane x bull arab dog who loves to be around people so a love of dogs and being pet smart is important.The downstairs largest room is available for either $200 pw single or $120 each for a couple (bills not included) with enough room for a bed and living room area complete with a fireplace and deck.We like to maintain an extremely clean (emphasis on the clean) and respectable house hold where all can be comfortable while at the same time enjoying a glass of wine on the deck with good company.We would love to hear from you and if you have any question feel free to e-mail me.
