I have a room available in Bardon for $125 per week, which includes internet. Electricity and water bills are separate.

The room available is in a big 2 storey townhouse, walking distance to a bus stop.

It’s a 5 minute drive to the city and 10 mins from the valley! Paddington is walking distance with lots of cafes and restaurants close by.

Here is a little about your future housemates:

You will be sharing with 2 guys and 2 girls, 3 of which grew up together, our ages range from 22-25.

We all work full time, I am a nurse and I am currently studying at uni at the same time, 2 others are also studying. We all get along really well, and like to socialise and hang out in our spare time.

We are looking for someone around our own age, who is clean, and will enjoy watching the footy with the boys and like to hang out on the weekends sometimes, and come out for a drink.

About the room:

Fits a double or queen sized bed, and a tv comfortably, you will be sharing a large bathroom with 2 others.
