It is well-lit and welcoming with its own access to the front verandah. You will be sharing with a brother and sister both studying at UQ. You will share a bathroom with the same sex. The flat is completely furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen dishwasher washing machine dryer air-conditioner (sufficient for the whole flat) TV DVD player PC printer lounge dining table barbeque and bookcase. Unlimited broadband internet is available on a shared Wifi connection for $27 a month (shortly hoping to drop this to $17 a month). There is a landline but all calls are made at your cost. The flat is conveniently accessible by public transport. There is limited parking available – there is limited room in the garage for a small car otherwise there is a street parking.Both flatmates are easy-going and like to enjoy themselves but also like a clean tidy home.
