The house has polished floors, low maintenance back yard, ceiling fans, dishwasher and nice deck for relaxing.

The room has night/day blinds, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.

Looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and clean! Must be fine going halves in bills and keeping the house looking good. Would be nice to have a ‘great’mate – not just a ‘flat’mate

Position is good as its very close to public transport and a short walk to the Paddington/Bardon/Ashgrove shops. Public transport is close by and there is on-street parking.

It also comes complete with 2 great felines.
