Front room has huge built in wardrobes that span the entire length of the room. The study is behind the room and has its own door.
The house features a large kitchen and dining room and two lounge rooms – one of which will be yours to do with what you like. There is one bathroom that has a double sink, shower and a large claw foot bathtub. There are polished wood floors throughout the house and tiles in the bathroom.
There are front and rear verandas and a large, leafy back yard. The property is also fenced. The laundry is situated under the house and there is also plenty of storage space. There are 3 people who share the house upstairs and 1 person who lives in downstairs (who only comes upstairs to use the bathroom).
There is a small (and very friendly) dog and 1 cat that lives downstairs so no more pets are permitted by the real estate.
The rent is $170 per week. The only other shared expense is the electricity which is split evenly 4 ways. The lease is valid until January 2014 and we expect that we will be able to renew again. I have never had any trouble with the real estate or the neighbours.
