Hi allWith our housemate off to greener pastures (AKA moving in with his girlfriend) were on the hunt for a new addition to our Auchenflower QLDer.House:3br 1br modern little QLDer on Milton road 1min stagger to the Auchehflower shops 5m shuffle to the train and a 30min walk to the CBD if you lose your wallet after a big night out (hey it happens).The place itself is fairly social and often has partners and/or random friends around. A permanent bed dubbed the Bitchin (bedroom in the kitchen) occupies a corner of the living area and is occupied most weekends by friends and such. House comes with all the usuals (TV/kitchen stuff/whitegoods) – byo room furniture. Room is a great size and could easily fit a queen + desk etc.Us:Two gents 18 and 24 with the former a first year Engineering student and the latter a final year disgruntled architecture student. Both fairly clean (we have our moments of lapse however) tend to share meals with the house and both cruisy/casual and easy to get along with.You:Open to either Male or Female compadres whom are tidy social keen for a drink/laugh and cruizy.
