single room in unit sharing with 26 year old female I work and study. Unit is close to auchenflower train station which is about 4 minutes walk and coronation drive which is approximately 5-8 minutes walk therefore buses to city go every ten minutes or so. Toowong shopping centre is about a ten minute drive up the road and on the corner we have a florist Thai food Indian food a night owl bottle shop coffee shop and pizza shop and chemist and doctors are a walk across the road.I am not fussed about who I have move in here as long a they are organised with paying there rent on time and do not damage the property.I have pet birds which are allowed to be in the unit with me so if you have a problem with birds this is not the place for you they are hand trained and lovely (but I am bias)If you have any more questions please contact me oh and yes the whole house has everything you would need internet home phone washing machine fridge and microwave and is completely furnished the exception being your room. There is no built in wardrobes in the unit so you may need to get a portable one from Ikea like I have.
