Must like animals I have a cat who is a senior and pretty chilled so not a bother to anyone really. Internet is free but electricity and gas are not included. Bond of 4 weeks is required. Bus stop is right out the front rail and ferry terminal are a short 10 min walk. Easy access to UQ the CBD and Wesley Hospital. Local shops pub and takeaways also within walking distance.
