Hi There We have 2 rooms available in our 4 bedroom queenslander in Auchenflower.We are a fun bunch of 25-35yr old working proffessionals looking for 2 flatmates with similar interests and situations.We like to share a meal or a drink every now and then but generally keep to ourselvesIt is a 2 story house with 3 rooms/2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 room with an ensuite downstairs.The downstairs room is a reasonable size with an ensuite (shower and toilet) and is $190 per week.The upstairs room is a bit smaller but still a good size and is$170 per week.Both rooms have reverse cycle airconditioning (heat and cool with remote)The house is equipt with fast internetWe would prefer one person per but will concider couples.We are looking to fill the house with considerate tidy and decent fun and respectful housemates (just normal sharehouse stuff)The house has great access to busses and trains (bus 1 min walk train 5 min walk) toowong shops close also.Bills are not included in the rent but usually internet and electricity are about $20 per person per week.
