We live in a beautiful old queenslander in Auchenflower.

Its a 4 bedroom house and we are looking to rent out the downstairs room.

The room will be available from the 6th of June. I would preferably like to have found a suitable person by Thursday 30th of May.

It is $190 per week not including bills.

We would prefer to have 1 person in the room but would consider a couple. A couple would pay $240 to share this room.

The bond/deposit is $500

The extra bills are Internet/phone for $25 a month per person (500gb fast adsl2) and electricity which is a quarterly bill and gets split between 4 people and varies from bill to bill.

The room is not furnished.

I live with my partner and another guy upstairs + my dog sunny (a cute cavoodle).

The room is private and has its own bathroom. (Shower/toilet/sink/cupboards).

It also has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The room has fresh paint and brand new carpet..

We all share cleaning responsibilities and like to be neat and tidy and respectful of each other.

There is a nice balcony with an ok view, a bit of a backyard where I have planted a garden, a big lounge room, all wooden floors upstairs.

Looking for a suitable replacement to fit into our already fun crew. Would suit working professional.
