Hi! Im Anna have lived with my current housemate for a year but we are having to part as our rent has gotten a bit expensive for her. I am 22 work full time and study too and make the most of my weekends. I like to relax at home and have a drink or two and want to live with someone thats a bit social but enjoys their own space too. The apartment is actually great; there is a roof top exclusive to the apartment which is massive fully tiled and great to entertain on off street parking and the location is 70m from the Auchenflower train station a block from the Wesley Hospital and around the corner from Snap Fitness and Park Road cafes and restaurants. Its a great place to live and the apartment has been fully renovated super easy to look after and has modern amenities etc. You would have your own ensuite and your built in wardrobe is massive.We are on the top floor of the apartment so it is generally cool in the summer and nice year round but our landlords will be installing air con if the lease is extended for 12 months.
