Looking for a good flatmate for a nice place in Auchenflower. carpeted and furnished unit. its honestly a good room and i dont rent in crap locations. if you dont like anything in the room then im happy to take it out. cool place to be and close to a bus route and trains into the CBD. There is off street parking available. it is very safe and quiet area. and still very close to CBD. 3 train stations from CBD and bus is 120m away.bill for internet is included in the price but you MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PC/mac/ipad ect if you want to use the internet. its wifi here so no issues there.I like the place im in and try to keep a tidy place. not imune to mess but its not going to be a unkept place.I like to try to get out and about. but i dont party at home. I am also new to the area and will be finding my feet on a social level and will be keeping active on that one. I dont party at home. its far nicer to go out.you will require nothing but yourself to move in. I have the place fully furnished.easy to get into CBD by Bus and train.I am wanting someone to share part of the rent. and be cool. I have no issues and have a good home.
