This is really a great house with great housemates. We all have so much fun together while enjoying our huge livingroom with big flatscreen tv and a wonderful garden. The Bathroom is shared with one other person.Besides from that we have a cleaning lady coming once a month to clean the common areas and our landlord does the garden which means almost no housework for us.The location is in the middle between the city and the university of queensland. there is a trainstation 100 meters away the bus is 300 meters away and the citycat is just 10 min. walk from the house.It is up to you if you prefer moving in for a short period or for a longer amount of time. See the situation is that i am going to travel for 2 months during summer and i cant afford to pay rent while i travel. Therefore I have to move out but since i love this place so much I wouldnt mind moving back in after travelling. That means if you are looking for something permanent I will be happy and even if you are not but just want a lace for 1-3 months that will work too.
