My friend and I have been really happy with this unit for the last 1.5 years but now she is moving town so I have a spare room to let! The room is big enough for a double bed and a desk and has a built-in wardrobe and access to the balcony. There is also a second bathroom which will be yours.The apartment is fully furnished (including a bed in your room if you want it). Its about 2 minutes from the train station 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop and 10 minutes from the nearest ferry terminal. Its about as convenient as you can get while still being in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of trees and several parks nearby.Im a busy but friendly PhD student who is looking preferably for a student to share the apartment with. International students are welcome and in fact I can speak Mandarin Chinese (badly) so it would be good to have someone to practice with occasionally!
