We have a room available from the 15th September. The room is very large and you would have your own private bathroom. Tonnes of cupboard space in the room. Youd be sharing with three girls (one student and two full-time workers aged 22 – 24). Plenty of space for parking. Normally electricity/gas is around $130 for the quarter. Also we have broadband internet set up which normally works out to be about $24/month if you want to use it.
