Hey there!I need a housemate! Is that you? Are you awesome? Awesome. The house is a beautiful airy queenslander in the Kelvin Grove edge of Ashgrove. What does this mean? It means its quiet leafy close to a park and creek while also being a five minute bus trip from the CBD. Yeah I know cool. The house also has a big backyard and under house storage. The rooms a pretty big too. Oh and theres a front and back verandah. Theres also a Coles and Woolies whichever takes your fancy. A wicked cocktail bar and places to eat. Baller right? As for me Im a 25 year old sales and marketing dude who works for a software company. Im pretty active – I usually get up early and hit the gym and the get up to something most nights. If you do see me itll probably be lounging on the couch watching a flick or playing a game or in the office working on a project. The lease ends in March (though can be renewed if you like) and the room is available for the right person immediately. $200 per week plus bills. Whats the right person?
