Great house right in the in the middle of Ashgrove center with all amenities included. We have a 3 bedroom with one room available. The room on offer will comfortably fit a double bed. The room is a double size and has a built in wardrobe. The house has all mod cons and a very large enclosed back yard. With heaps of off street parking as well as heaps of storage under the house.The house has a big deck just off a tidy well sized kitchen with all gas cooking. The Deck looks over the yard and mountains behind Ashgrove. There is one bathroom however the bathroom is huge with an old antique bath with feet and hot water that never runs dry.There is heaps of transport available with a bus stop right outside the front yard with a bus every 15mins right to the city on waterworks rd.You will be sharing with one guy 33 and one girl 23 that both work full time shift work in the hotel industry. We are very easy going enjoy life being social and very down to earth.
