I’m a 22 y.o professional female who works full time during the week. I am looking for a female of a similar age (18-30) who is working, to share my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. The place is furnished (those photos are from the real estate when i rented it). The bedroom has a bed and some chest of drawers if you need it but can be removed also. The room is 3metres x 2.9metres, not including that you get a cupboard.

2 weeks bond required ($300) + first week of rent and rent then to be paid weekly.

Bills (gas/electricity) extra to be paid when bills arrive or by agreed upon weekly payment. There is no cabled internet, I only use an internet stick so you would have to buy your own internet stick.

I do not want lazy, untidy, unreliable people. I am a pretty relaxed chilled person. I like to have a drink sometimes on the weekend and have a good time. I also like to cook, read and spend time on the internet.

No Pets. Smoking outside only.
