It is situated 3 streets away from Waterworks Road, with the express bus along Stewart Road within 500m. Local supermarkets include, woolworths, coles and aldi and a number of takeaways, cafes and shops. The lease expires in January 2013.
You would share the unit with a 21 year old female professional.
Internet is $25 per month, 100 gig, and electricity is split equally, generally $90 per quarter (3months).
