I am a 23 yr old working female looking to rent out my spare bedroom to another female aged 18 – 35. The unit is furnished so you would just need your own bedroom furniture. It is a single room although you could fit a double bed in possibly. The rent is $130 per week and this includes your bills. Also I am taking $260 bond money (2wks rent) to cover any breakages/damages which will be refunded back to you at the end of your lease if there are no problems. It is a 2-5min walk to the bus stops and about a 15min walk to the enoggera train station. Only a 10min drive to the city. Very quiet street with lots of other units. Ashgrove is a nice subburb very close to the city yet it doesnt feel like your in the city. There is a coles woolworths and aldi only a short walk and we have plenty of eating places and a video store all close as well. There is a share washing machine and 2 clothes lines however I have an under cover line aswell. Currently in the lounge room i have a small flatscreen TV with a dvd player depending on the dynamics of the house once the room is filled I may move the dvd to my room so you are welcome to bring you own. There is plenty of off street parking available. I am looking for someone friendly but that likes to do their own thing and mostly keep to themselves as I do. I like to have friends over from time to time and sometimes people stay over you would be welcome to do the same as long as we communicate about it first. The lease runs out in April so it is a short term lease however I will reconsider signing another lease here in April depending on my situations at the time so if all goes well you would be welcome to stay on if I do resign.
