Im moving out of this share house and am looking for someone to replace me. Rent is 180 a fortnite and bills are split evenly. The house is pretty big and in Ashgrove. There is a convenience store and video ezy 1 minute walk away and woolworths/cafes/take away food within 5 minutes walk. There is a bus stop across the road with buses into the city at least every half hour. The guys here are all pretty laid back 21-23 and enjoy a drink on the weekends.
