Hi we have 2 room available upstairs we currently live downstairs we are really easy going and are separate from the upstairs area. You will be sharing a room upstairs with 1 other who is a professional shift work. We are professionals with one of us doing shift work while the other has early starts so after mature minded people who arent interested in parties every night of the week (quiet). . 10 Min walk to garden city and Bus Interchange public transport just around the corner as is a 24 hour convenience shop. Internet and foxtel and utitlites are provided in the cost. Rooms are unfurnished but can be furnished if needed white goods supplied as is basic furniture there is room for more furniture if needed.
