Unfurnished room available. Medium size house with study also available for use. Wireless foxtel electricity etc included. Refurbished house with large front deck on top of hill with nice breeze. Public transport and Garden City close by. I am very easy going as clean as a man can be just not used to a quiet house. Work during the week on weekends enjoy a beverage but its usually at other friends places. Dont mind having people around and can handle a bit of noise. Will suit someone at uni who needs some quiet time to study etc but also likes a bit of music and fun on weekends.
