We are looking for a quiet clean and considerate housemate. Public transport is a short walk away which can take you to Griffith University (5mins by bus) a large shopping centre (5mins by bus) or Brisbane city (15mins by bus via the busway). The house is fully furnished. We can organise the room to be furnished or unfurnished. Privacy is assured as the main bedroom and available room are at opposite ends of the house.Electricity internet and gas split three ways.Sorry no smokers or pets. Minimum stay is 3 months. 2 weeks bond. Longer term applications will be given priority.
