It is situated in a secure complex which has the added bonus of a pool tennis court and change rooms. The house is fully furnished and has aircon. Phone and internet are available. $160 per week which includes cleaning done by cleaner. (electricity extra) There is currently me and another housemate (a guy) living in the house. I also have a cat who spends most of his time outside. The property is ideally situated walking distance to local shopping complex and only minutes away Westfield Garden City/Busway the Inner City Expressway Gateway Arterial Motorway and only 8km away from Griffith University Mount Gravatt campus.
