We have a large and lovely house at Salisbury, near Griffith University and with bus stops right outside the door.

There is a double bedroom available now – it has a double bed, bedside table, laptop table, chair, lamp, and large built-in wardrobe. We can replace the laptop table with a desk if you prefer. It’s a charming, light and airy room.

Everything is included. We provide dinner six nights a week – Saturday night is help yourself night – and you help yourself to breakfast and lunch. We have fast cable internet with a generous monthly bandwidth.

We provide all bed and bath linen.

The cost for one person in the room is $195 per week; for two people it is $292.50 per week.

A cleaner cleans the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, etc. You need to clean your own room.

The house has a pool, large outdoor living area, and a BBQ.

We have had housemates and homestay students from all over the world, and look forward to meeting new people.

Please note that there are smokers iin the house but you may not smoke iin your rooms.

We are considerate of each other and do not make noise at night, or early in the morning.

We are not able to cater to special dietary requirements.

NOTE; In the past we’ve had up to nine people living in this house (two couples and the others singles) and it NEVER feels crowded – this is a large house with multiple living spaces – the kitchen/dining and main living room are open plan; there is a TV/reading room; a piano room with a couch & piano, an outside dining area which seats ten and has a BBQ, and an outdoor living area with two couches – we have NEVER had a queue for the bathrooms – mainly because we all have such different timetables – so it may seem odd to share with quite a few people, but come and have a look. Last night there were two people at the dinner table!
