We have 3 rooms available in Salisbury. One has a double bed the other 2 contain single beds. They are fully furnished as is the shared lounge and kitchen area. It is close to ALDI shops bus and Griffith Uni Nathan Campus. 5min walk to bus about a 1/2hr walk to train station. Rent includes electricity local national and mobile phone calls and wireless internet access. You would be sharing the house with 2 others both male. My husband and I and 3 young children live right next door so we prefer no smokers and no parties. Overnight visitors are okay for no more than 3 nights/week. Also it is important that everyone clean up after themselves and help with general cleaning. Rent unfurnished $130/week/room fully furnished $135/week/room.
