The house is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood that is a short walk away from the best Asian restaurants in Brisbane, supermarkets and shops (Coles/Woolworths/Aldi, Sunnybank Plaza, Westfield Garden City), and nice local parks.

There is easy access to public transport – it only takes 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes to UQ, 8 minutes to Griffiths Mt Gravatt, and 15 minutes to Garden City (buses 130, 140, 139 or 122).

The fully-equipped kitchen, large high-ceiling living and dining areas, laundry and the patio/yard are shared by all house mates. Except for the room with the ensuite, each bathroom is shared by one or two other housemates. Two car spots are also available in the garage.

All bills and internet are included in the rent. Single rooms are $150 or $160 per week. The double rooms are $240 per week for couples or $180 for one person.
