The house is a comfortable 3 bedroom place with all appliances (kitchen laundry etc.) and fully furnished. The yard also has an outdoor entertaining area. Theres a bus stop within an easy walk a small shopping centre within walking distance or Mt. Ommaney shopping centre is just a short drive away. The current housemates are both students; friendly neat and easy going. Wed be looking for a female housemate either student or professional who is similar minded.
