Hi There Im looking for someone whos looking for a long term place to call home.Ive been travelling overseas the last few months (still have another trip end of February to get through).I am temporarily staying with a friend (have been since September 2012) just till my overseas trips are over.Im looking at finding a house over the next few months around the Richlands area im quite flexible with the suburbs around this area. As long as im close to a train line im happy.I have got a fair bit of stuff Bed wardrobes large side by side fridge/freezer washing machine microwave toaster kettle everything you need in a kitchen a very large pine glass tv cabinet hutch chest freezer indoor (or outdoor) glass table 55 inch tv (which I usually keep in my room but happy to share) tonnes of movies and tv shows surround sound home theatre system lots of boardgames (for the kid within you)… If you have furniture that I dont have lets make a house!!! Otherwise im happy to get more stuff couch etc…etc…I have a dog Harvey he is a 3 year old boxer cross bull mastiff. He is big gentle giant a super friendly fun and cuddly dog. Loves all people and all dogs. So I will be finding a house with a decent back yard that is fenced. Im happy-go-lucky easy going and work Monday-Friday full time in the city. Im looking for a chilled out guy who like to socialise but also like to do their own thing. Im probably looking to move after May sometime looking for a house that is roughly between $300-$400 a week so rent would be between $150-$200 each per week. Im not just happy with new houses im also happy to live in older style houses… They tend to feel a little more homely anyways.my friend who im staying with is happy for me to take my time to make sure that I find the best house and housemate for myself and Harvey. I have a car and im used to parking on the street obviously it would be great if there was a 2 car garage or carport but if there is only 1 im happy to let you have this and for me to park on the road… My only request in finding a place is that the place has 2 bathrooms and if possible if I could have the main room with ensuite. A girl needs her privacy But that would mean you would get the main bathroomt to yourself.
