Im an easy going person I work full time near Brisbane CBD.I dont have internet or landline connection except that which is prepaid and wireless I didnt click Internet above this will be your repsonsibility. The rental $ is inclusive of electricity. I only use my mobiel for phone callsTo give you a general idea of the townhouse – it is double story brick balcony back and front only accessible my bedrooms. The bedroom for rent has its own balcony (not accessible from outside) and built in robe. Downstairs has lounge/dining/kitchen laundry and toilet plus a garage which I use. Upstairs has all 3 bedrooms and Shared bathroom and toilet (3/4 length bath for those who like baths). The bathroom is a two way bathroom accessible by main bedroom (my bedroom) and it has a lock on it from both sides for privacy. Outside is a small courtyard and it is nothing flash. There is a pool in the complex which is accessible with a key only. BBQ facilities also. The complex is not gated and there is provision for visitors to park.The complex is on a main road giving it handy access to the City and Unis both north and south. The closest TAFE is Mt Gravatt TAFE.I have two daughters who stay with me anywhere between 3 and 7 days a week. We do lead a busy lifestyle (they are full time primary school students). Yes they can be a bit noisy sometimes but most of the time they are brilliant. and respectful.Im looking for someone who is equally inclined I dont mind if the person has children. Someone who enjoys watching TV or Movies likes to cook and is the type to keep a place neat and tidy and help out with their fair share.If you have a question please contact me.
