Hi I have two rooms available. 1) Bedroom is large with own bathroom and toilet balcony AC and large walkin wardrobe and is fully furnished and is $170 or $195 for couple 2)The other bedroom is also big could fit a queen bed has ceiling fun as well as a large walkin wardrobe and is $140.The rest of the town house is fully furnished with dishwasher washin machine Tv etc the rent includes all bills internet and electricity..I am easy going and looking for a clean and tidy housemate that are also easy going and dont mind having a chat..
