Hey guys The residence is a nice clean and 3 bedroom refurbish Inala home with polished wooden floors throughout. There is the main bathroom central to the home and also a standalone toilet in the laundry mezzanine. House has all the essential appliances like microwave kettle toaster gas stove front loading washing machine which you are free to use. There is on and off street parking however the carport can only shelter one car. It has a fairly large front and backyard. The room is furnished with a king single bed desk and drawers. There is a double door wardrobe with ample storage space. And if you have extra belongings they can be stored in the shed in the backyard.Lounge room has a dance mirror so if you are learning studying or interested in dance this would be great for you. The home theatre system has an Apple TV that is connected to a LCD TV screen and home theatre system with awesome AirPlay capabilities. There is a large library of movies TV shows music and internet media which can be accessed via Apple TV. I also have a table tennis table which I bring out the front yard every now and then on weekends for a game or two.There is a bus route right outside the house that goes express to the city in under 30 minutes. Supermarkets shops restaurants fast food joints and parks are all within walking distance.I am a friendly respectful clean and easy going individual that enjoys a chat chilling out and listening to music. I work nearby and usually out of the house most of the week. Im also currently into latin dance and self-development. The preferred housemate would be clean respectful and has a positive outlook on life.The house and location is great for students professionals or anyone employed in the city or nearby suburbs like Indooroopilly Moorooka or Mt. Ommaney. Unfortunately I cant accept couples and you also must be employed or a student.
