Hello everyone, I have a room to rent suitable for someone who is under 30, not a party animal and pays rent on time. The room could include a double bed or you are welcome to bring your own. I’d prefer a non-smoker, however it could be negotiable. It will be available for viewing from the 16th of July

Bond is 4 weeks rent and all bills are 15$ weekly (internet,water and electricity)
