Hi!! This is Chrissy (22) and Janine (23).We are moving into a beautiful home on 5th December and are looking for 2 awesome easy going early to late 20s homemates to help fill other rooms. Would love people to move in straight away and preferably enjoy a drink on the back deck.The home is 3 split level with separate living areas and plenty of room for storage or to accept some more furniture.Please note: $150/week includes electricity usage. We are asking for $200 bond.Public transport is close by and the university is within walking distance.You must love dogs as we each have one (live outside). We are open to pets but an extra dog wont be able to live here and cats might cause an issue with the already residing dogs.As the house isnt available until 5th December we would love to catch up for coffee before hand to make sure personalities click as having people move in straight away will be more feasable for us.Hope to hear from you!
