Beautiful, spacious house is only 2 years old. Place is set behind another so is away from road noise & car can be parked off the street. Will share house with 2 girls & 1 guy, all easy going. Large bedroom has built in wardrobe & can easily fit Queen bed and dresser. Bathroom will be shared with 1 girl & 1 guy. House is fully furnished (fridge, washing machine etc), just need bedroom furniture.

Holland Park has great suburban feel, while being only 10min drive to city. Bus transport is short walk at end of street. There is also a convenience store, news agent, bakery etc 2 min walk down the road.
