HelloWe have a nice spacious house in Holland park with a room availble. The house is fully furnished with a nice big lounge room back verandah and a big backyard. It is a queenslander and has a lot of that queenslander charm to the house. The room is unfurnished it does have a big built in wardorbe and wouldd fit a queen size bed. As for your housemates we are 2 easy going girls in our 20s who definitly enjoy a glass of wine on the verandah.
