Looking for person with job security to rent an available room to assist with rental payments. Must be a non-smoker. I have 2 children (2 boys) that stay with me once per week and every 2nd weekend. They r 16 and 3.5 years of age. Each has their own room and r respectful of others property etc. House is located near public transport and local shops.Quiet neighbourhood.Large rear balcony suitable for entertaining with BBQ facilities. Large fenced back yard.No pets at house atm but are allowable on the lease.
