Hi there Laura (26yrs) my partner and I (25yrs) are looking for house-mates to share with us and Ash (23yrs) in Holland Park. We are about a 20 minute drive or 25mins bus ride from the city. Our current house-mates are getting married late this year and so are moving out when our lease expires.Laura and I both work full time through the day and are home on weekends. While were out our 2 Mini-Foxie dogs look after things for us.We are looking for a no-fuss house-mate who doesnt mind our little dogs. We have 1 room free unfurnished but has shelves. The hot water stove and oven are all gas operated. The house is partially furnished as Laura and I have a reasonable collection of kitchen utensils a fridge couches etc. that we are happy to share. There is also a large area under the house that can be used for storage.Rent is $97.50/week paid fortnightly and there is a bond of $380.00 paid to Ray White. The electricity and gas bills are separate to the rent and at the moment average out to about $25.00 each a month.
