Responsible Easy going female wanted to share with guy and my two dogs in Forest Lake.Its not a party house but its fully furnished with aircon including your room. Its modern secure and you get your own bathroom with Bath and seperate shower and wc. The house has a large patio area off street parking not far from buses and Richlands train station. Room is 3.5 x 3.5 plus built ins and easily fits a double bed.Have really big laundry with all appliances and drying courtyard which is just outside the door.Rent includes Electricity and Gas also have wi-fi so as long as youre not a total download freak then thats cool as well. The room and house are wired for foxtel I dont have it I prefer my 3d in real life but it can be connected if things work out I guess theres also a digital tv jack in your room.The area I live in has no through traffic so its really quiet (hows the serenity?) I have great neighbours bushland at the back of the house and lots of take aways nearby although I prefer to cook myself.Im a professional work in the city which takes less than 20 mins by car have lived here for over 17 years like to socialize guess Im not your typical 40 something but then again who is? My dogs love playtime and are a big part of my life so must love dogsIm not a neat freak but the house is clean and tidy so would like to think you are too I pay my bills on time so would kinda like that of you too.The local shopping centre is a few minutes drive away with Mt Ommaney a little further. local pub within walking distance.So if youre looking for a really nice quiet house love dogs and are interested give me a call to check it out for yourself.Room is available now.
