My housemate (Zack) and I (Jen) are looking for a housemate to share as we have 1 room to fill in a 4 bedroom house in Forest Lake. The room will be rented at $120 per week. We have 1 single room to offer unfurnished however it does come with a built in wardrobe and we have an extra cupboard for more space. The rest of the house is fully furnished. We also have a large backyard and a single lock up garage for a car or storage space. We are looking for someone who has a stable job and a great personality.
